Recently got a pair of Pelissier Professional hubs off of Ebay. they in no way resemble the ones I've seen so far. These look a lot more like Maillard 700's. They came laced to a set of Mavic Sport tubulars. The rims have Made In France 0973 etched under the Mavic Sport. So if that is a date stamp the there is the year. The seller listed them as coming off of a 70"s era St. Etienne bike.
