Headwind all the way gave me a hard, fun ride to work this morning.
I also decided to start an hour later than usual, which meant that the traffic was heavier. I usually don't bring any water or emergency snacks (raisins and nuts) for rides shorter than 20 km, but guess if I needed it this morning.
I've noticed that I get unexpectedly tired in my arms. The last 5-6 km of my commute is through the woods, and I am not a MTB rider (i.e. I get kinda scared going downhill through rocks, gravel, and dirt). Any advice on how to avoid stiff arms?
