Bikes: 90s Gios Compact Pro. 80s Battaglin w/ Dura Ace 7400s. 70s Medici Pro Strada

It's shape seems to suggest it clips around some sort of tubing - i'd be scared of scratches though, so perhaps that isn't the case. I have no idea...
