My Sugoi RS shorts exhibit more compression than my other bibs and shorts. They tend to stay put which I like otherwise, I see no advantage in their compression - though these are not marketed as "compression" shorts. After ride compression may be more suitable for recovery. But I suspect a post ride message will do more.
You can try one of the many lactic acid buffer supplements but, I suspect implementing a proper training regimen to increase your threshold (Power and HR) will likely do the most to mitigate the build up.
