That is pretty sweet. I started out on Thanksgiving Day back up to 281. Got fed up, and started riding again after my doctor and I figured out it was my thyroid. Down to 212 now. I am certainly over the weight limit on the wheels, but I ride them harder than crap and haven't had any issues.

Over 7000 miles for my first year. Usually ride a fast 30 miles a day and then 60-70 on each Sat and Sun. No commuting - just a 30 mile roundtrip to the beach but I really push it. The beauty is I haven't changed any eating habits - I eat like a complete fool and pig - 3 In-N-Out cheeseburgers, medium Round Table pizzas, complete crap - and I'm STILL down 30 pounds! Booyeah!
