A Flip Ultra HD (royal piece of crap, but it does the job) carefully taped
tightly to the handlebar and right brake lever. Mind you, a camera with a CMOS sensor (as opposed to CCD), such as the Flip, has to be tied down VERY tight to eliminate the rolling shutter effect:
I generally use a Canon HV40 with CCD sensors, but it isn't small enough to use onboard; neither is it wise to use a camera that uses Mini DV tapes, due to the potential for vibration damage to the tape mechanism.

Explains why my rears won't open up; they don't squeal. Nevertheless, I'm reluctant to sand a perfectly new set of Kool-Stops. Taking the grease out of the barrel is reversible, thankfully.

oh, and since it's not a high friction or heavy use part, I leave them bone dry .
Might try the adjustment; doubt if it'll do anything though - the lever swings up pretty easily as-is.
Cam spins perfectly where it's supposed to sit - the whole thing is nicely greased and moves very freely when not installed on the bike. Cam is tight.
