I have brand new SRAM Red shifters and a brand new SRAM Red Rear Derailleur. Upshifting is crisp. Downshifting by a single gear is crisp as well. However, when I try to downshift three (throwing the lever all the way to the center of the bars), it crisply downshifts four then drops the chain back up one gear. A diagram might help
