You guys are all wrong. I stock different sized rims for front and rear wheel builds. It's how I save on costs- reducing the raw material needs on the front rim. That's why tires keepblowing off of them but who cares - I don't make the tires.



Really....we're worried about the rollout? I can think of 1,000 reasons not to be worried about the rollout, but I am sure someone will come up with 1,000 reasons to conflict with it. The Garmin setup does a nice job if you utilize the auto and a GSC10 together. if you don't like it then do your own rollout with you on the bike. Easiest to put a line of baby powder on the ground and then ride over it. Measure between the marks. That way deflection is taken into account.

Here's the thing - not all rims are the same, not all tires are the same. tubes, biukes, riders, etc. You get the picture. The rollouts are what they are, but changing the number won't make your century any shorter, quicker, or less painful.
