Gave someone a piece of my mind for throwing a lit cigarette out of a car (she entered the parking lot in front of me then ended up parking next to me). She provided a surprisingly polite won't-do-it-again response then proceeded to the other side of her car to pull her toddler out of his seat. I should have given her a piece of my mind regarding smoking in a car with kids instead. The drivers window was cracked about an inch though so I guess it's OK.
