Pretty much this. The major street just keeps barreling.

A couple months ago we had a power outage that took out the traffic lights on a half-mile stretch of Colfax (the like busiest arterial in Denver). It was freaking crazy trying to cross on a bicycle. The drivers just barreled through the lights with no regard to anyone else.
