Engineer/Mathematician needed

I am trying to calculate moment of inertia for my rear wheel.

i=m*r sqd.
i=m*333.6mm sqrd.

m*9.81m/s sqrd.=1645.88g (16.14 newtons).

I am math stupid. I need to do this on a couple of wheel builds. If someone could explain I be appreciative.

THanks
