For me it's soda, but I've been doing good without it for a while. That and sweet tea, and by sweet tea I mean a glass of sugar with some tea in it.
I love me some Sonny's dry rub ribs, which isn't so bad when I'm lifting. However, the corn bread, mac n cheese, and slaw that come with it are a must!
I also can't stop at just one slice of Publix carrot cake. Literally not physically possible.
