I have been using a set on a mountain bike conversion for the past 3 years and really like them. It was easy to move the controls over from the straight bar and wrap them with tape. I like the somewhat more upright postition combined with the multiple hand positions. They work so well for me that I am building up a new Nashbar Touring frame with them rather than drop bars.
