This is a circa 1985 Windsor Road bike made for Touring / Randonneuring. She's a 12 speed, size 60cm ctc and will fit riders approximately 6 feet tall.
I have installed new bearings and grease in both wheels and the headset. The bottom bracket spins like silk.
