Nice analysis. I will try to incorporate some of this into my next revision of the police training, which I'll be doing for the city of Cary soon.

If you'd like to send me any spreadsheets, charts, graphs, or analysis procedure for the city of Cary NC, I would be glad to include it in the training with credit given to you, assuming the city accepts its inclusion (they will have editing authority).

I'd also like to try breaking down the analysis even further, to separate the 0-11 crowd from the 12-15 crowd, the latter of which should be able to learn and execute the rules for yielding reliably, and commonly travel farther from home than the 0-11 crowd.
