Yep, we've got too much adrenaline pumping through our systems for us to make an accurate assessment of our injuries.

I've read over 75 car-bike collision reports written by Cary Police in the past; I can tell from the reports that they will take a report if the cyclist is not transported by ambulance and can leave under his or her own power. It does, however, need to involve a motor vehicle, and not just another cyclist or pedestrian, or a fall.
That's good to hear. It would be nice
IF more police departments would take reports about bike v. bike or bike v. pedestrian crash. About the only time I can see them actively doing so is if one or both parties were seriously injured or killed.
