BTW -- Kurt's routine is pretty simple, takes about 20 minutes. The tough thing is I'm doing it first thing in the morning, and sometimes being motivated to hop out of bed and hop on the ball at 6AM is tough.
Send the routine out again. I might have to start doing this. It'll do wonders for my back. I already stretch 2-3x a day to keep the pain at bay. I had another effing flare up.
