Last night's trainer session:
5 x 5' w/5' rest in between. FTP of 245w, targeting 110% FTP (~270w). Results: 271w, 271w, 271w, 270w, 271w - success! First time I've been able to do 5 x 5' at 110% FTP, now I suppose I should reduce my recovery time in between intervals from 5' to 3'.
