Yep, definitely VO2Max for me (z5 range 260w - 295w). I don't think I could have done either (harder or another rep); however, I have them on the calendar for next week, so will plan on bumping watts up a couple of points and attempting a 6th. Hopefully will get a little stronger between now and then

3rd day of a 3 day block, so didn't have the freshest legs, but felt pretty good up until the 4th interval, started struggling/suffering from that point.
In which case, you may want to do these right after a rest day. There's no need to try to force a 6th if you aren't feeling up for it. Maybe you could start at 265 for 1, 270 for 2-3, and then 275 for 1-2. As you get stronger, shoot for negative splits or tack on one more repetition.
