So I decided to try a set of butterfly bars to replace my carbon riser bars on my LHT. Just went to put everything on and the cables coming out of the brake levers and shifters exit right into the stem when I get the bars at any sort of reasonable angle.
I had to route the brake lever cables over the top of the stem and they are now at a weird flat angle and the SRAM x7 shifter cables have a fairly sharp bend that I'm not real comfortable with.
Anyone else have this problem? Any potential solutions?
