seat position

I am in process to get Synapse alloy 5 or Trek 2.1 (H3 frame) .
Yesterday was fitted by technitian on Synapse and he told that my ancle is way behind pedal spindle. After moving seat all the way forward i got closer but still not there.
He told that good enough because i intend to ride in runners and not in shoes in fixed position .
With Trek will be same problem as seat tube angle is same as Synapse and my legs length dont change.
Problem , my disproportional longer legs (i am 6'2", 180 lb).
In my mind was only one question , not how convenient will it be to ride (this i will check trying out bikes).
but by pulling post way out from tube because of my long legs and moving seat all way forward i create additional canteliver force on post (or aluminum tube )specially hitting bumps on the road. Will it affect ride or integrity of frame tube or seat post ?
Trek seat post is carbon and Synapse aluminum "wrapped" with carbon.
So i wrote to Manufacturer and they answered that with seat post pulled out much and seat moved all way forward is not recommended ???
(Reply was not from designers but customer service)
Does somebody had the same experience, should i worry for integrity of frame or seat post ,or ride quality ?
May be i should i replace by zero offset post ,will it eliminate integrity worry ?
Is aluminum post stronger then carbon under canteliver force ?
Would appreciate advise
