Hi,
45 years old, 6'1" 250 lbs, returning to riding. Ive been riding on and off since childhood always for fun. Did a few charity rides in the past. Spent one year with no car in Turkey riding a mountain bike a few years ago. I'm back in it with a Giant defy 3 for a mount. 600 ish miles so far with no problems, nothing broken. Good to see other weight challenged folks out there. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
