I imagine you're looking for a solution to mount your existing shifters and brake levers. If you're not limited by that, this works well.



Those are standard bar-end shifters mounted on Paul's Thumbies with standard MTB brake levers. It worked well from a cable routing standpoint, but I'm back to drop bars for other reasons.
