It seems there is still confusion over what happened although all signs point to the bus driver not being assigned any blame.
It's interesting how before finding the bus they already mention that the driver "didn't even see the delivery man". That the delivery man "just fell down" in front of the bus and got ran over.
I'm getting the same impression, another story where the cyclist is being painted as an "incompetent" rider.
My condolences to the family of the deceased cyclist.
