I too suspect that you have something buried in your tire.

Sooner or later, you are going to have to buy a new tire. I'd buy a new one now but save the old tire. Mark the approximate place where the flats are occuring. If replacing the tire causes you to stop getting flats, you can be pretty sure that you have something in your old tire. Now all that you have to do is to find it.
