The Dural Forge had red plastic washers and the Racer has black but yes, the play between the mounting bolt and the enlarged hole allows the whole caliper to move slightly when braking (I earlier described it as 'walking' but it's the whole caliper that moves). I tried tightening the bolt really tight but couldn't get rid of it. This was the DF that was on my Hetchins Nulli Secundus when I bought it and as with all the parts on that machine it was worn. I fitted another Dural Forge brake I have spare, same thing so in the end I fitted a CLB ALP Competition instead. Oh, there's another possibility for Bianchigirl...
