Did 35 miles today in 30 degree weather with 13mph winds and snow flurries. Good base miles. Tomorrow is a repeat, ride and weather-wise.
I went out and did a similar ride today, and you know it was still cold here in Chicago today. I dressed up super toasty. I had so many layers on it took me forever to get ready, and to take everything off after the ride. My toes are the only thing that got really cold. The weird thing I noticed after the ride, when I got into a hot shower, I could feel what felt like ice cold water rolling down my arms and back. I guess I was just thawing out
