I absolutely cannot eat pizza at home by myself. I'd eat the whole thing, so I just avoid it. Any kind of buffet is also a bad idea. It's funny how many other people had peanut butter on their list. If I buy a jar, it'll be gone inside of 3 days. Can't keep ice cream in the house either. I used to buy Healthy Choice ice cream, because it's healthy, right (wrong!). Now I just don't buy it. I think that right now avoidance is the key for me. If I get a craving for something bad and it's not in the house, I can usually wait it out and it goes away. I've found that the longer I can stay away from high fat/sugar/salt/whatever foods, the less I crave them, but as soon as I break down and eat something bad (especially pizza) the more of it I want. Maybe someday I'll be able to enjoy some of these foods in moderation, but for now it's a monster I don't dare let out of its cage.
