golden cheetah is another option to track your rides. It's an opensource software package that is really optimized for training with a powermeter, but you don't need power data if you just want to track all the other stuff. You can look at trends over time, look at rides on the map, etc., way more stuff then you would need. Also, all the data stays on your computer (good or bad), so you don't have to worry about some website being available. It is so much better than Garmin Connect or Training Center.
Give it a shot, it's very easy to use and fun to play with all the graphs (if you're into that sort of thing).
So I just gave RidewithGPS a shot and signed up for the free option. Of the available programs that are free which are felt to equal or be better than the gamin connect?
