In Colombia they are standard equipment for workbikes. They are rather inexpensive, usually under 25 USD hub + cog.

What driver style did you get? There is your ordinary driver that works with the usual coaster brake/3 speed cogs; but there is also a version that is threaded for an ISO track cog and lockring. Reputedly, this second version lasts significantly longer due to the sprocket being screwed on.
