+1. Like you my wrists were beat up from college football and lifting crazy sized bombs in the Navy every day. I got the IRONMAN line and they are wonderful.
They also have the best terry cloth in the industry on the backside of the glove which makes clearing any amount of snotrocket left overs a breeze 
Not the ColdSnaps that I got for winter riding. The back of those is like sandpaper. Apparently I'm
not the only one to notice:
We apologize for the inconvenience of being out of stock. As a result of the time it takes to manufacture our gloves we will not be getting any more Cold Snaps in for the winter season. We are happy to announce that we will be using this time to update the glove and are currently using customer feedback to improve the design of the glove. We will be adding a terry-cloth wipe to the glove to replace the mesh material at the bottom that extends out over the thumb that many of our customers have been asking us to add. We are also taking this time to adjust the sizes to match our other gloves as this glove has tended to run a half-size small.
We wish to thank all of our customers who sent us the great feedback on our Cold Snap gloves and we are excited to bring you a new and improved version of it in time for the Fall season of 2011.
Still, they're on sale for $19....
