Seriously funny stuff Otoman...you likely nailed it. Jealousy fuels so much anger. Like most on here we understand why you were on the road versus the trail. A dumb fat lady (or man) feeling brave behind 2 tons of steel likely won't share our view however. Many hate cyclists because it represents what they are not...they couldn't ride 1/8th of a mile without being winded. Plus if you are a cute couple out having fun together and she was ugly and alone...that would promote further anger on her part.
