I only made about 25 miles in the P123 crit yesterday. I sorely need some miles.

The guy that absolutely destroyed the race skipped the 40 min crit the day before, did "5 hours in the mountains". He was grinning mischievously for 15 laps then slammed the proverbial hammer down. Bridged to a break, dragged them around to the back of the field, attacked through the field, dragged one ex-pro clear with him, then shelled him on the last lap. Wow.
