I've been saying the same thing for many years now:
All other factors being equal, obeying the rules is safer. However, awareness is so much more important than rule-following that the cyclist is better off breaking the rules with awareness than following them without.
Since my position is not difficult to understand, I can only assume your continued expressions of misunderstanding are faked.
