Bikes: Surly Long Haul Trucker, Gary Fisher Hoo Koo E Koo, Dahon Mu P 24 , Ritchey Breakaway Cross, Rodriguez Tandem, Wheeler MTB

Only lightly before and during the ride. I've never liked the feeling of a full stomach before a long ride, or any ride for that matter.
