The first response is by far the most appropriate. If the OP is at the stage where he doesn't know the difference between Ultegra and 105 - then he doesn't need an ultegra bike.

OP - get the 105 bike that fits you best, and make sure you set aside money for helmet, pedals, shoes, clothing etc.
