One new year's eve I rode out to a party and ended up crashing at the host's house. The next morning, while riding home, I stopped along the trail to shed a layer. As I was doing so, Bobby Julich came spinning by on a fixie wearing a full Cofidis kit. His girlfriend at the time lived a few miles from the start of the trail. It was pretty cold out, but I guess you need to be that dedicated if you want to get to that level.
