I'm not sure participating in this thread will put me in a very good light amongst a bike crowd...but...seeing as none of the (my) cars get much use these days, as I commute/run-around most days by bike, I'll give it a go.

2000 BMW MCoupe, modified, fun car.
1992 BMW 325is, SCCA ITS race car (not racing this season).
1974 Innocenti Mini Cooper 1300 Export, modified, doesn't get enough exercise.
1963 Ford Falcon Futura 2d (her's), modified...need to sell this this year!
1962 Buick Skylark, highly modified, long term project...need to finish that this year!!

Bikes:
2002 Honda VFR800i, commuting/touring.
1999 Italjet Formula 125, runabout.
1993 Honda NSR250 MC21, carving, might let this go this year as well.
Too many classic Italian scooters, both Vespa and Lambretta, to list here.
