Bikes: surly steamroller w/coaster brake, electra single speed cruiser, specialized rockhopper commuter, no-name single speed folder, 700c ultimate wheel, 24" unicycle, specialized bmx lsd, single seat single speed huffy tandem, pink upsidedown parade bike

Most single speed coaster hubs I've seen are 110mm.

In all seriousness, I really like a SS coaster laced to 700c rims on an every-day-around-town kind of bike.

I used to have a cruiser with a Nexus 3 speed, didn't like the hub at all. It was loud in two of the three gears and there was a lot of flex during braking, like something inside wasn't stiff enough. IGH coaster hubs are generally pretty heavy.
