alright, heres a "what would you do" question:
i'm in a rest week before going into a peak/race phase that starts this weekend with a pair of crits.
so far all i've done this week is my bike to bus commute (about 8 miles round trip each day) and i plan to get in one workout tonight and one short hard workout friday afternoon to get a little primed for the weekend.
heres the WWYD part:
for tonights workout would you do
a) solo intervals of some sort
b) moderate trainnig ride where i can sit in or work a little bit depending on how i feel (this is where my cat3 teammates will probably be)
c) HARD training ride, which will amount to 90 minutes of over/under, sometimes WAAAAY over, and possibly some extra climbing at the end
or d) solo tempo/base...
