Does anyone know if this setup is possible? I don't have the parts yet, so I'm open to suggestions.

Thanks.
I've built many wheels with the Alpines and Shimano hubs. I've never had any issues with the spoke holes but I've only ever used mountain bike hubs. I doubt it would be a problem.
