Torrin for better or worse, let the driver know that he didnt appreciate being cut off, that is by no means grounds to run him off the road, and the driver's attorney trying to use his prior run-ins with other motorists to link him to being a "bad" biker is totally irrational. As far as I am concerned Torrin could have taken a dump on that dudes car and it still wouldn't be grounds for him to be run off the road and potentially killed. Support your fellow bikers... Torrin is temporarly blind, how's that driver doing, I am sure that middle finger didn't leave a mark...
