Not sure why you would want to replace your record headset. It is of current design for integrated headsets. The bearing seats are 45degrees which is what the current standard is for integrated/hiddenset design. Unless you have pitting you should be able to overhaul by replacing the balls. The campagnolo hiddenset design does not use a sealed cartridge. It uses 1/8th inch steel balls in a cage type retainer. If you are careful you can pop the balls out and replace with new ones or you can carefully pack new loose balls into fresh grease.
