i just got a Cypress EX with Shimano’s Nexus internal drivetrain bike

from my bro in law m8 , kinda newish bike that he dont use ,i am new to biking again not done it for years but needed to get fit again and got a bit of time on my hands to start enjoying the outdoors again .
as anyone got information on this bike as there was no manual for it does anyone know where i can get the manual for this bike , and any tips on how to get back tyre off if needed and general maintenance for this kind of bike like chain and brakes maintenance etc etc ,any info will be much appreciated .
