PR 100k and 200k times have been set when I had a sausage McMuffin and hash brown for breakfast. My

I wouldn't be able to eat that and "sit", much less eat that and move. Good point about "personal determination", as I think we vary greatly in
the rate at which carbs, fats and protein are metabolized, even though the process is the same. Me, I'm definitely in the fruits and nuts category - guess that makes me a "gatherer" - although frankly, I haven't cycled long enough lately to have to bring anything with me.... except the H20 of course.
