I cannot wait to build it up. For now it is going to have to live with DA 7400.

Nice frame Bernard,
I remember seeing Van Herwerden bike during my visits to the Netherlands. I googled the name and one post says "Dutch quality bikes from Van Herwerden, Voorburg, the Netherlands. Van Herwerden imported Chesini bikes in Holland and some of their own bikes were built by Master (Italian and Dutch) frame builders (Chesini, Zullo, Jan van Dalen). They still exist and build and still sell high quality bikes".
A google search shows your frame is very similar to this one built by Chesini.
