Thanks...I sorta liked the looks. Strange colours but makes it rather unique I thought.
Cycling here is great. the roads are fantastic, another great town is never more than a few kilometers away and they all have a great cafe.
There are a LOT of riders on the road so drivers are highly aware and give a wide berth ... so it feels much safer than Sydney where drivers are very aggressive.
The only time to be afraid is 2.30 in the afternoon, after everyone has finished their 2 hour lunch with half a bottle of wine and then jumps in their cars to race back to work.
