No, but I wish I had. 30 years ago or thereabouts I regularly participated in the annual Labor Day weekend 3-day supported tour around central IL that the Bloomington newspaper sponsored (think of a small-scale RAGBRAI). It would usually total about 250 miles or so, with daily routes typically around 75 or 85 miles. One year the second day was a little over 90 miles and I debated with myself whether I should have pedaled around the town were we were camping, just to get the odometer up over 100. I chose not to, due to exhaustion and extreme heat. I was wiped, and I still had to face pitching the tent and getting into reasonable shape to join my friends at the dinner table. It seemed the prudent thing to do (not to mention the easy thing as well).

I've never come that close to a century since then, and because of that, I wish now that I had just done it.
