Another variation on that theme is 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off. Five minute sets. I focus on getting a good jump at the beginning, then holding it as high as I can for the full 40 seconds. It's remarkable how short that 20 seconds of recovery gets by the time that fifth set rolls around.
