Looks like they are speaking the truth about the low miles. That thing looks brand new besides the rub marks on the cranks. I would see if they would take $350 for it. Point out flaws like this to give them a reason for lowering the price. If you really want the bike $400 is neither a great deal or the horrible deal. So-so. You could do a whole out worse. It has to fit though. If it doesn't fit, then it is the worse deal of the century.
